Rhiannon KubickaRhiannon Kubicka is Senior Advisor to Numerati® Partners, focusing on business affairs and strategy, bringing over twenty years of business ownership, finance and advisory experience to her role.From 1995 to 2006 Rhiannon served as a principal at Caxton-Iseman Capital, Inc. (later, CI Capital Partners, LLC), a $2 billion private equity firm focused on buy-and-build leveraged transactions in the government IT services, defense, healthcare, distribution, hospitality and publishing industries. Caxton-Iseman’s portfolio companies represented several billion dollars in enterprise value.At Caxton-Iseman, Rhiannon sourced investment opportunities and managed all phases of acquisition transaction execution, including financial, regulatory, legal due diligence and general financial analysis. She also liaised with investment banks on the purchase and divestiture of Caxton-Iseman’s portfolio companies, debt and high yield financing. Rhiannon worked on the NYSE initial public offering for government IT contractor Anteon Corporation (subsequently sold to General Dynamics).Rhiannon monitored Caxton-Iseman’s portfolio companies and worked in partnership with top senior management at portfolio companies in both structuring add-on investments and on operational matters. She served as an officer for Caxton-Iseman’s multiple portfolio companies and their affiliates.Rhiannon also oversaw internal hiring, personnel and operations matters (legal, tax, accounting) and PR at Caxton-Iseman. Rhiannon was also a key point of contact for the firm’s parent company, Caxton Associates, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund.From 2007 to present, Rhiannon has operated a private business consultancy advising business founders on operational, financial and corporate issues across a range of industries.Rhiannon has served on the boards of several non-profit institutions. She is currently a trustee of The Drawing Center, a museum founded in 1978 and located in downtown New York City.Rhiannon received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Geography from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is fluent in French.
